The project's objective is to streamline the process for a smoother experience, encourage more referrals, and boost lead generation. Our aim is to communicate the message clearly and succinctly.

My Role
I designed the referral feature in the month of April 2023 and worked alongside Our Design Manager and Product Manager.
It launched on our Android App to all users in the month of May 2023.

I want to easily share my referral link/code with contacts through the app or directly, boosting the chances of successful referrals.
I want to know if my friends sign up through my referral link to stay hopeful about rewards and encourage me to share with more friends
I want to quickly access details about current referral rewards, instructions, and terms & conditions, ensuring I feel inspired to share the referral link/code.
I want to easily remind my friends about the invitation directly from the history.
As a Receiver
I want to check out the plan highlights, boosting my motivation to request a sales call-back.

With these user stories in mind, I steered my design ideas in a direction that aligns with user needs. I've translated these concepts into wireframes to solidify and confirm the design direction.

Since introducing this feature, we've seen significant growth in referrals.
However, this achievement didn't simply materialize on its own. It's our dedicated Field Sales Agents (FSEs) who've actively promoted it to our customers that payed off. We've also rewarded customers with silver coins for successful referrals and activations.
